Kelly Phalen-Kelly (RN, MHSc) is a Nurse Practitioner employed by the Nova Scotia Health Authority, working collaboratively with the Department of Gastroenterology of Dalhousie University. She is a core member of the Nova Scotia Collaborative IBD Program.
