You're Not Alone on Your Journey Awareness Campaign

"You're Not Alone on Your Journey" is Crohn's and Colitis Canada's new awareness campaign based on the insight that many people affected by inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) often feel alone on their journey.

The multimedia campaign includes online, print, television and radio formats in English and in French. The goal of the campaign is to introduce Crohn’s and Colitis Canada and the community of support available for those affected by Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis. Whether it’s learning about the diseases, joining a webinar, finding out about the latest research or participating with thousands of others in Gutsy Walk – a community of support awaits those affected by Crohn’s or colitis.

“You’re Not Alone on Your Journey” was developed by production and creative shop, Studio M.
