Crohn’s and Colitis Canada’s app for managing IBD

MyGut™ is a free, easy-to-use-app that enables you to track, understand, and manage your journey with Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis.

Available for download through Apple and Android stores, the app provides you with a personalized dashboard and access to tools that will help you make decisions about your health.

App features include:

Daily activity tracking

Keeping tabs on how you’re feeling and your lifestyle habits is important for understanding and managing your journey with Crohn’s or colitis.

MyGut provides you with a simple platform to keep track of your symptoms, such as pain and washroom usage, and lifestyle habits, such as sleep, diet, and nutrition.

By updating the activity tracker on a daily basis, you can easily look back and identify health trends for a particular day, week, or month. MyGut shares these insights with you through a simple graph to ensure you can quickly gauge and identify your health trends for the period of time that you choose.

Educational resources

Education is power, and we’re here to support you in learning all about IBD. We created a database of resources focused on helping you live well with Crohn’s or colitis. Through our app, you can access educational content on a number of topics, including:

  • Diet and nutrition
  • Medications and treatments
  • Pain and symptom management
  • Complications of IBD

  • And more!

Based on your app profile, we’ll refresh your dashboard with interesting reads on a regular basis to keep you up-to-date on topics most important to you!
