Promise and Values

Promise

We aspire to cure Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis and to improve the quality of life of everyone affected by these diseases.

Crohn’s and Colitis Canada is committed to fulfilling this Promise in the work we do guided by a set of values and the objectives laid out in our 2023-2026 Impact Strategy. We have a critical role as a contributor, and as a connector and collaborator with others in Canada and around the world who share this vision. Together, we are driving towards delivering a positive impact for everyone affected by inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).

2023-2026 Impact strategy

The impact strategy lays out a series of connected objectives and values that guide our work. Our mission objectives are the what we do and our enabling objectives are the how. At the heart of each objective is delivering impact for those affected by IBD – a lens we use to prioritize and to make decisions.
