She is also a project investigator with the SickKids Research Institute and Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto. Sara's clinical and research work focuses on promoting resilience in people living with IBD through mindfulness and acceptance based treatments as well as peer support and mentorship.
