Being diagnosed with or caring for someone with Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis or other forms of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) can feel lonely—but you are not alone. The programs and resources listed below can help connect you with members of the community and others affected by these diseases for advice, support, and information.

Peer Connect events
Join our online group calls to connect directly with others who understand the challenges of Crohn’s, colitis, and other forms of IBD. Held on a monthly or bimonthly basis, Peer Connect events provide a safe and confidential space to share experiences, gain support, and build relationships, right from the comforts of home. These events are for individuals 18 and older.
Ask the Experts events
Join our Ask the Expert events to hear from individuals with firsthand knowledge and experience navigating life affected by IBD. These insightful online sessions, offered in English with simultaneous French interpretation, give you the chance to ask your most pressing questions, either in advance during registration or live during the event.
