Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have been living with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) for years, our team can support by providing: 

• Information on available resources and services 
• Education on Crohn’s, colitis, and IBD 
• Tips on navigating challenges or accommodations at work or school 
• Service navigation
