Leadership transition at Crohn’s and Colitis Canada!

Sylvain Chiasson, Interim President and CEO

January 6, 2025 – Lori Radke, President and CEO has left Crohn’s and Colitis Canada to pursue other opportunities. Lori joined the organization in 2021 with great passion, energy, and a commitment to the organization’s mission. Lori played a leadership role in the development and execution of Crohn’s and Colitis Canada’s Impact Strategy, which launched in 2022. She worked to engage our volunteer community as well as our donors and stakeholders. We thank Lori for her contributions to Crohn’s and Colitis Canada and wish her well.

The Board has appointed Sylvain Chiasson as Crohn’s and Colitis Canada’s interim President and CEO. Sylvain has been on the board of Crohn’s and Colitis Canada for the past six years and has a deep commitment to our mission. Sylvain is an experienced President and CEO, holding several senior level positions in different health companies throughout the years. He has also been part of the Board’s Finance and Audit Committee as well as the Governance Committee, so he has a strong understanding of our organization. We are excited to welcome Sylvain into this role, and we know he will be a strong leader for the organization during this time.
