You're not alone: the Ottawa-Gatineau area has a vibrant Crohn’s and colitis community, made up of people with inflammatory bowel disease, families, volunteers, and more. Throughout the year, we come together at meetings and events like the Gutsy Walk, Guts and Glory Golf Classic and Martini Madness to share experiences, raise funds and heighten awareness.

There are almost 9,000 people with Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis in the Ottawa-Gatineau community. We understand the challenges you and your family may be facing – because we face them, too.
