Gutsy Support
Our Gutsy Support program provides individuals an opportunity to connect with support staff and other people affected by Crohn's or colitis, to get advice, emotional support, and information about living with IBD. This program does not replace professional counselling or advice from your medical specialists. If you are in crisis or require more immediate assistance, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency department.

ONLINE Peer Support
Our online peer-to-peer program provides mentoring and support to people affected by Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. Applicants to the program are able to connect with experienced individuals (mentors) and others affected by Crohn's or colitis to share their experiences, provide advice and emotional support for dealing with everyday living with IBD.
