Finkelstein Award

Nominate an Outstanding Individual for the 2025 Finkelstein Award

Do you know someone whose contributions to the Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis community deserve recognition? The Finkelstein Award honours an individual whose dedication and impact reflect true excellence—whether through a significant achievement or a lifetime of efforts.

Established by the Finkelstein family, co-founders of Crohn’s and Colitis Canada, this award is a heartfelt tribute—a “hug” for a deserving individual who may not have been publicly recognized for their contributions. Nominees do not need to have held a formal role within the organization but must have made a meaningful difference in advancing our Promise.

Nominations open on June 1 and close on August 31, 2025.
