Mental Health & IBD: Hailey's Journey

Hailey Rocha is a 17 year old high school student, and was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis in February 2020. Having struggled with her own mental health since the diagnosis, Hailey has become outspoken about the importance of connecting with the IBD community, reaching out for support, and about the benefits of mindful practices.
