Join us on Sunday, June 4, 2023 at the 28th annual Gutsy Walk for Crohn’s and Colitis Canada!
Gutsy Walk is a fun-filled, family-friendly, and non-competitive day to walk in support of those impacted by inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and is Crohn’s and Colitis Canada’s largest single-day fundraiser. Events occur in over 70 locations nationwide, ensuring Canadians can participate no matter where they live. Walks often range from 2KM to 5KM, though participants can walk any distance that suits them best. Visit the Gutsy Walk location page to find the closest walk near you!
Gutsy Walk allows all those affected by Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis to meet one another in a fun and supportive environment – sometimes the first step towards finding a community for those that feel isolated by these diseases. The millions raised by participants year over year allow Crohn’s and Colitis Canada to fund research and patient programs that improve the lives of everyone living with these diseases and brings us all closer to finding cures.

This year’s Gutsy Walk National Honourary Chairs are Kyle, Nathaniel, and Vanessa. You can learn more about why they take part on our National Honourary Chairs page on
