Meet and connect with others living with or affected by Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. Join us to learn more about Crohn's and Coliltis Canada activies and  how you can be a leader in the community and join the thousands of volunteers across Canada, taking steps to find the cures. 

Talk About Guts – Open Discussion 
An informal forum to share experiences, provide and exchange information and offer peer support in a positive environment for people living with Crohn’s or colitis as well as caregivers.

  • 1 in 140 Canadians lives with Crohn’s or colitis.
  • Families new to Canada are developing these diseases for the first time.
  • Incidence of Crohn’s in Canadian kids under 10 has doubled since 1995.
  • People are most commonly diagnosed before age 30.
