2021 Volunteer Awards

Our volunteers’ dedication and commitment are integral to the work we do to help improve the lives of children and adults affected by Crohn’s or colitis. It is their tireless contributions that propel us toward finding a cure for these chronic diseases, even this year in the midst of a pandemic. Help us recognize and celebrate our volunteers by submitting nominations for our Unsung Hero, Team Excellence or Gutsiest Walk awards.

With these award nominations, our goal is to identify those who have influenced & inspired others to come together as one! Award recipients will be recognized at our GUTS conference in the Fall 2021.

We're excited to announce the 2021 Volunteer Award Nominations are now open!

The nomination deadline is August 15th 2021.

Please submit by selecting the award specific nomination form listed below.
