On the Right Tract Session #5

Session #5 - Look to the Future: Developing dreams and goals (open to youth ages 14-17yrs only). Session will cover planning for the unexpected change in health, resources about travel and employment with IBD, and envisioning dreams for the future.Come meet other youth with Inflammatory Bowel Disease! Beverages and snacks will be provided. If you have not done so already, please arrive approx. 15 minutes early, with your parent/guardian, to sign consent forms prior to participating in the session.
